Is my personal information kept secure?
We do not sell or share our database with any other entity or individual. All personal information is deleted from our website within 30 days of the last order being place.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you have cancelled the order before the shipping then no questions asked.
What if I cancel the order after shipping?
You will need to resend the product back at your cost.
What if I received a product that is the wrong size?
You will need to return it at your cost and we will replace the product for the right size.
What if I receive a product that is faulty?
We will either give you a refund or replace the item and cover the cost of returning it to us.
What if I want to order from another country other than NZ?
We can ship to any country in the world at your cost. We will provide an estimate of the shipping and delivery date for you based on availability and shipping options.
What about taxes and duties in another country?
We are not responsible for payment of taxes and import costs in your country.
How do you send the products?
We ship via NZ Couriers and aim for overnight (Monday – Thursday), maximum 72hr delivery within New Zealand. Rural deliveries could take another 2 or so days.
You will receive an email with tracking details when goods have been dispatched.
